Volleyball Recap: LaVille Comes Up Short

LaVille lost against Elkhart Christian Academy back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lancers lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Lancers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-8.

Olivia Markin paced LaVille's offense, picking up four kills. Markin also shared the team's lead in assists with Avery Lee: they picked up four each. Lee also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lily Voss, racking up two apiece.

LaVille's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

LaVille didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 win against Argos on the 20th. As for Elkhart Christian Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against West Noble on the 21st.
