Soccer Game Preview: Ralston vs. Conestoga

The Ralston Rams will head out to take on the Conestoga Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Ralston fell victim to Scotus and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shamrocks.

Meanwhile, Conestoga was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Elkhorn. That's two games in a row now that Conestoga have lost by exactly two goals.

Ralston now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Conestoga, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Ralston beat Conestoga 2-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ralston since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
