Basketball Game Preview: West Noble Chargers vs. Fairfield Falcons

The West Noble Chargers will take on the Fairfield Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, West Noble beat DeKalb 40-36. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fairfield). They came out on top against Mishawaka by a score of 69-61 on Tuesday.

West Noble has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Fairfield, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

West Noble took a serious blow against Fairfield in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, falling 52-25. Can West Noble avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
