For the first time in his career, Jakyrin Griffin scored a rushing touchdown on Friday. He rushed for 44 yards and one score as Alexandria took down Pineville 49-3. We rated that as his best performance since last Friday, when he made 12 total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended two passes.

Coming up, Griffin and Alexandria will square off against Ruston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
