Baseball Game Preview: Nooksack Valley Pioneers vs. Lynden Lions

Nooksack Valley is 0-9 against Lynden since April of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Pioneers will be playing at home against the Lions at 6:30 p.m.

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Nooksack Valley's offense. They came up short against Bellingham on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Having soared to a lofty 17 runs in the game before, the Pioneers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Lynden waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Borderites get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory.

Nooksack Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Lynden, they now have a winning record of 4-3.
