Last Tuesday, Harmony School of Discovery had to suffer through a rough 60-21 loss at the hands of Brazos.
Despite the loss, Harmony School of Discovery saw an underclassman step up: Adedayo Adelakum dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. That was a full 52.4% of Harmony School of Discovery's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Messiah Graves, who scored three points along with six rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, Van Vleck didn't have too much breathing room in their game against East Bernard on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 41-37 victory.
Harmony School of Discovery dropped their record down to 0-12 with that defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Van Vleck, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-9 record this season.
Harmony School of Discovery was taken down by Van Vleck 60-22 in their previous meeting back in January. The game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Harmony School of Discovery was down 30-6.
