Volleyball Recap: Spring Creek Takes a Loss

Spring Creek came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the James Kenan Tigers. The loss continues a trend for the Gators in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.

Spring Creek may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-0, 26-0, 25-0.

Spring Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for James Kenan, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spring Creek will host Midway at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for James Kenan, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Rosewood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
