Softball Recap: Valley Heights Takes a Loss

Valley Heights managed to slip by Onaga the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Mustangs lost 24-3 to the Buffaloes on Thursday. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Buffaloes earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Valley Heights has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Onaga, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Valley Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Onaga, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 11-3 victory against Wabaunsee on the 5th.
