Football Recap: Aiden Davis and Evan Watt Pace Providence Athletic Club Defense

Providence Athletic Club had lost three straight headed into Friday's contest, but Josh Williams didn't let it get to four. The Panthers walked away with a 34-22 victory over the Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes on Friday for which the team can thank Williams, who rushed for 78 yards and a pair of TDs on only seven carries, and also picked up 66 receiving yards and one touchdown. His longest reception was for an impressive 66 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per catch total.

Larry Reinhard was another key player, gaining 71 total yards and two touchdowns. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending three passes.

Providence Athletic Club didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Aiden Davis and Evan Watt.
