Lick-Wilmerding and San Domenico are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2019, but not for long. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Lick-Wilmerding Tigers face off against the San Domenico Panthers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

San Domenico will be up against a hot Lick-Wilmerding team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. Lick-Wilmerding came out on top against Marin Academy by a score of 62-49 on Tuesday. Meanwhile, San Domenico hadn't done well against San Marin recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. San Domenico walked away with a 57-46 victory over San Marin.

San Domenico's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Lick-Wilmerding, they are also on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.

Lick-Wilmerding came up short against San Domenico when the teams last played back in January of 2024, falling 69-58. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of San Domenico's Gavin Early, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds.
