Baseball Recap: Chilton Comes Up Short

Chilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 29th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 23-0 to the Bartlett Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-0 back in March.

Chilton's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Bartlett, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-10.

Chilton has already played their next match, a 20-0 defeat against Thorndale on the 22nd. As for Bartlett, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-1 loss against Holland on the 22nd.
