Rivermont Collegiate benefitted from Kaplan in 53-45 defeat
Rivermont Collegiate was sadly handed a loss on Tuesday, but Tahir Kaplan did his best to prevent it. Kaplan was dialed in and dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 rebounds. Considering what he did the last time these two duked it out (he dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds), Quad Cities Christian should've known better.
Kaplan and Rivermont Collegiate will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Quad Cities Christian at 5:30 p.m. on February 5th.
