Volleyball Recap: East Mountain Takes a Loss

East Mountain lost against Hope Christian back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Timberwolves came up short against the Huskies, falling 3-0. The Timberwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-14, 25-10.

East Mountain's offense was headlined by Calla DiMaio and Evelyn Salberg, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Olivia Gonzales and her six assists.

East Mountain now has a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, East Mountain will face off against Los Alamos at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Hope Christian and Moriarty will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
