Baseball Recap: Faith Christian Takes a Loss

Faith Christian lost against Gaylesville back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Faith Christian Lions came up short against the Gaylesville Trojans, falling 14-2. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Faith Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Colton Reese, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Faith Christian now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Gaylesville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-7.

Faith Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Spring Garden at 4:00 p.m. on April 1st. As for Gaylesville, they will head out on the road to challenge Pennington at 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
