Football Game Preview: Waldron Bulldogs vs. Dardanelle Sand Lizards

Waldron is 0-7 against Dardanelle since November of 2016 but things could change on Friday. The Bulldogs will host the Sand Lizards at 7:00 p.m. Waldron has given up an average of 44 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Waldron is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Ozark on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Bulldogs had to suffer through a 57-6 loss at the hands of the Hillbillies. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-6.

Meanwhile, Dardanelle put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed past Dover to the tune of 76-0. The Sand Lizards' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Dardanelle's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Waldron, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
