There's no place like home for Plainfield North, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Yorkville Foxes on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since September 20th.

Plainfield North had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 28-26, 25-15.

Plainfield North's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-15. As for Yorkville, their loss dropped their record down to 18-16.

Looking ahead, Plainfield North will take on Lincoln-Way Central at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Yorkville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
