Basketball Game Preview: Crestview Cougars vs. Seneca East Tigers

A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cougars take on the Tigers at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Crestview took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 66-44 margin over Bucyrus. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Redmen: they've now won eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Seneca East earned a 41-31 win over Monroeville on Friday.

Seneca East's victory bumped their record up to 15-8. As for Crestview, their win bumped their record up to 16-6.

Crestview barely slipped by Seneca East in their previous matchup back in March of 2017, winning 52-51. Will Crestview repeat their success, or does Seneca East have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
