Basketball Recap: Bassett's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Bassett lost against La Puente back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bassett Olympians took a 59-43 bruising from the La Puente Warriors. The Olympians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bassett's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-12. As for La Puente, the win got them back to even at 10-10.

Bassett has already played their next game (against Pomona), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. La Puente will be playing at home against Ganesha at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. La Puente is facing Ganesha at the right time seeing as Ganesha is stuck on a 16-game losing streak.
