Soccer Game Preview: Canterbury vs. Hollins

Canterbury is 0-7 against Hollins since December of 2014 but things could change on Friday. The Canterbury Crusaders will welcome the Hollins Royals at 6:00 p.m.

Canterbury is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They came up short against Lakewood, falling 5-1. The contest was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly the Crusaders struggled afterwards.

Meanwhile, Hollins kept a clean sheet against Gibbs on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Gladiators. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Royals were the better team in the second half.

Samuel Pita and Kleiver Medina scored both of Hollins' goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Hollins' victory bumped their record up to 3-5-1. As for Canterbury, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.
