Cookeville can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Siegel Stars. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cavaliers have posted since August 23rd.

Loss or not, Siegel got some senior leadership from Camryn Faulk and Baylor Burnett. Faulk had 20 digs and one assist, while Burnett had nine digs and one assist. Those 20 digs set a new season-high mark for Faulk.

Cookeville's victory bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Siegel, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Cookeville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Riverdale on the 6th. As for Siegel, they will square off against Oakland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
