Franklin Road Christian put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 58-31 victory over the Fayette Academy Vikings. Fans of the Minutemen have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Franklin Road Christian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bryleigh Dempsey out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 13 points and nine steals. Dempsey has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 17 times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaylin Ward, who went 5-for-10 on her way to 12 points along with five assists and four steals.

Franklin Road Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Franklin Road Christian will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Boyd Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 18. As for Fayette Academy, they will square off against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
