Volleyball Recap: East Texas Homeschool Sports Comes Up Short

East Texas Homeschool Sports was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Full Armor Christian Academy Warriors. The Chargers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Katie Walton paced East Texas Homeschool Sports' offense, picking up nine kills. Walton got some help from Carlee Oliver and her nine assists. Walton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

East Texas Homeschool Sports' defeat dropped their record down to 12-18. As for Full Armor Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-8 record this season.

East Texas Homeschool Sports didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against LEAD Academy on the 3rd. Full Armor Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
