Basketball Recap: Mill Valley Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Mill Valley was the 58-53 winner over Piper when they last played one another back in December of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Mill Valley Jaguars took a 75-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Piper Pirates on Saturday.

Mill Valley's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-2. As for Piper, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mill Valley will host Shawnee Mission North at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mill Valley is facing Shawnee Mission North at the right time seeing as Shawnee Mission North is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Piper, they will welcome Shawnee Heights at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
