Volleyball Recap: Culver Academies Beats Glenn for Their Third Straight Win

Culver Academies had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Glenn Falcons. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted against the Falcons since September 23, 2017.

Amelia Binkley paced Culver Academies' offense, picking up 12 kills. Binkley got some help from Barrett Brady and her 16 assists. Binkley was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Culver Academies' win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Glenn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-5.

Culver Academies didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against South Bend Adams on the 27th. As for Glenn, they will host Plymouth at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
