Waterloo has gone 8-2 against Mynderse Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Waterloo Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. Mynderse Academy took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Waterloo, who comes in off a win.

On Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Waterloo beat Penn Yan Academy 53-48. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 98th, while the Mustangs are ranked 348th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Mynderse Academy ended up a good deal behind Palmyra-Macedon on Wednesday and lost 48-32. The Blue Devils haven't had much luck with the Red Raiders recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Waterloo is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Mynderse Academy, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Waterloo strolled past Mynderse Academy in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 51-33. The rematch might be a little tougher for Waterloo since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
