Baseball Recap: Pinkston Snaps Five-Game Streak of Wins at Home

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pinkston can now relate to. They lost 19-2 to the Kennedale Wildcats on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 on Thursday.

Pinkston saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeremiah Ned Ned, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Pinkston's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-12. As for Kennedale, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Pinkston nor Kennedale have any future games scheduled.
