Football Recap: Cavalier Takes a Loss

Cavalier was the 40-0 winner over Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tornadoes lost 48-24 to Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] on Friday.

Cavalier's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie], they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cavalier will square off against rival North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] on Friday. Meanwhile, Nelson County co-op [Lakota/Dakota Prairie] is set to challenge their familiar foe St. John on Friday.
