Football Recap: Marshall's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Marshall might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was Richmond who claimed the real prize. The Owls took a 34-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The Owls were up 20-6 in the second quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

Having lost for the first time this season, Marshall fell to 2-1. As for Richmond, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.
