Baseball Recap: The Heights Takes a Loss

The Heights lost against Our Lady of Good Counsel back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Heights fell 10-6 to Our Lady of Good Counsel. The Heights has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The Heights saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Mraz, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Those RBI were Mraz's first of the season.

The Heights' loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Our Lady of Good Counsel, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Heights will challenge Archbishop Carroll at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Our Lady of Good Counsel, they will take on Bishop O'Connell at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Knights will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
