Basketball Game Preview: Tripoli Panthers vs. Clarksville Indians

The Tripoli Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Clarksville Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both have had a bumpy ride up to this point with six consecutive losses dating back to last season for Tripoli and 11 for Clarksville dating back to last season.

Last Tuesday, Tripoli had to suffer through a 104-38 loss at the hands of Dunkerton.

Meanwhile, Clarksville scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 71-59 to Riceville. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (55), the Indians still had to take the loss.

Clarksville's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Tripoli, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Tripoli lost to Clarksville on the road by a decisive 56-39 margin in their previous matchup back in January. Can Tripoli avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
