Soccer Game Preview: International Community vs. Circle Christian

The International Community Comets will square off against the Circle Christian Centurions at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. International Community has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 18 goals over their last three matchups.

International Community is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They never let Lake Mary Prep onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. It was an even better day for Hunter Mills as he scored five goals for his team.

Meanwhile, Circle Christian narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Geneva 1-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Centurions.

International Community has also been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 67 goals over those 14 contests. As for Circle Christian, their win bumped their record up to 6-8-1.

International Community took their victory against Circle Christian in their previous matchup last Friday by a conclusive 4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for International Community since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
