Volleyball Game Preview: Yazoo City Indians vs. Ripley Tigers

The Yazoo City Indians will head out on the road to face off against the Ripley Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.

On Thursday, Yazoo City came up short against Kosciusko and fell 3-1. The loss continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the Whippets: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Ripley hadn't done well against Corinth recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Yazoo City's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Ripley, their victory bumped their record up to 19-6-1.
