Basketball Recap: Mount Academy Piles Up the Points Against Rhinebeck

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Mount Academy on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Rhinebeck Hawks out of the water with a 69-40 final score. Maendel's evening made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Bruce Maendel was another key player, going 6 of 15 on his way to 14 points and seven assists.

Mount Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've posted since back in January of 2024.
