Football Game Preview: Triangle Lake Lakers vs. Alsea Wolverines + How To Watch

The Triangle Lake Lakers will face off against the Alsea Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Alsea will be up against a hot Triangle Lake squad: the team just extended their winning streak to four. The Lakers simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Reedsport 55-12. Considering the Lakers have won three matchups by more than 36 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Alsea, as they earned their first away victory of the season. Everything went their way against Lewis Academy on Friday as they made off with a 41-19 win. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Watchmen recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win got Alsea back to even at 2-2. As for Triangle Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Triangle Lake strolled past Alsea in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a score of 44-26. Will the Lakers repeat their success, or do the Wolverines have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
