Basketball Game Preview: Mount Tabor Spartans vs. West Forsyth Titans

The Mount Tabor Spartans are taking a road trip to square off against the West Forsyth Titans at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Wednesday, Mount Tabor didn't have quite enough to beat Parkland and fell 58-55. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, West Forsyth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 51-43 to East Forsyth. While the Titans didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 16-4 in the first quarter.

Mount Tabor's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for West Forsyth, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.

Mount Tabor took their win against West Forsyth in their previous matchup back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 60-40. Will Mount Tabor repeat their success, or does West Forsyth have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
