Baseball Recap: Allegany-Limestone Takes a Loss

Allegany-Limestone fell victim to Wellsville and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 19-0 to the Lions. The defeat continues a trend for the Gators in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost seven in a row.

Allegany-Limestone now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Wellsville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Coming up, Allegany-Limestone will welcome Dunkirk at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Marauders will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Gators surely won't give up without a fight. As for Wellsville, they will head out on the road to square off against Medina at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
