Gregory-Portland's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Edinburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Gregory-Portland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against McAllen Memorial on the 16th. As for Edinburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Southwest on the 15th.
