Burwell extended the longest winning streak in D1 District 7 (8 Man) this week by beating Chambers/Wheeler Central, 43-14. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when St. Mary's takes on Clearwater/Orchard. The Cardinals are in second place, while the Cardinals are in third place.
Clearwater/Orchard led the league in scoring this week after putting up 65 points on West Boyd.
