Volleyball Recap: Timpanogos Timberwolves vs. Ogden Tigers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Payson, Timpanogos was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Ogden Tigers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Timberwolves have posted since October 4, 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (105-102) Timpanogos actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 10-25, 25-17, 28-26, 24-26, 15-11.

Their offense was headlined by Megan Seaman and Kinley Larsen, who picked up 14 kills apiece. They got some help from Shelby Hartman and her 36 assists. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Ogden's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Halle Brown, who had 20 digs and four aces, and Rian Barnes, who had ten digs and seven aces.
