Monrovia is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They blew past Riverside 68-10. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Covenant Christian was able to grind out a solid victory over University on Friday, taking the game 47-38. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Trailblazers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Monrovia's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Covenant Christian, their win bumped their record up to 17-7.

Monrovia beat Covenant Christian 71-63 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Covenant Christian's Moriah Armstrong, who went 10 for 15 to rack up 24 points and seven rebounds.
