Softball Recap: Northwestern Takes a Loss

Northwestern fell victim to York and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 10-0. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for York, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

Northwestern wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-1 defeat against Nation Ford on the 3rd. As for York, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-1 victory against Dreher on the 3rd.
