Basketball Recap: Dora Comes Up Short

Dora was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 49-42 to the Couch Indians. That's two games in a row now that the Falcons have lost by exactly seven points.

Dora's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Couch, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Dora will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mansfield at 6:00 p.m. on February 2. Couch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
