Baseball Recap: Espanola Valley Comes Up Short

Espanola Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Robertson Cardinals, falling 14-6. If the Sundevils were looking for revenge after losing 12-5 to the Cardinals when the teams met back in March of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Espanola Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Robertson, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-3.

Coming up, Espanola Valley will take on Santa Fe at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Robertson, they will be taking part in a tournament against Texico at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday.
