Basketball Recap: Hayward Takes a Loss

Hayward was the 63-52 winner over Mt. Eden when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Hayward Farmers took a 51-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mt. Eden Monarchs.

Hayward's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Mt. Eden, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.

As of now, neither Hayward nor Mt. Eden have any future games scheduled.
