Softball Recap: Centennial Find Success

Centennial won the last time they faced Frontier and things went their way on Friday too. The Golden Hawks walked away with a 5-2 victory over the Titans. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Golden Hawks.

Madison Cabrera spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on four hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Lundyn Harrison, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024. Alicia Tackitt was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.

Centennial's win bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Frontier, they dropped their record down to 12-11 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Centennial nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
