Therrell had won two straight games and Azil Hazzard did her part to make it three on Friday. The Therrell Panthers came out on top against the Washington Bulldogs by a score of 43-36 thanks in part to Hazzard, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Therrell's points.

Therrell is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. As for Washington, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 14 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Therrell Panthers take on the Lovett Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. That match will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Riley Gallagher and Hazzard. As for Washington, they will venture away from home to face off against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
