Constitution and Linville Hill squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Constitution had to settle for second. They took a hard 66-52 fall against the Linville Hill Warriors. The Generals' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Linville Hill's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Stephen Smucker led the charge by dropping a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds. Smucker continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jerome Stoltzfus, who posted 12 points and eight boards.

Constitution's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Linville Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-3 record this season.

Constitution does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Linville Hill, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 75-63 win against Old Forge on the 15th.
