Basketball Recap: Cornell Takes a Loss

Cornell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They took a blow against the Birchwood Bobcats, falling 74-27. The contest marked the Chiefs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Cornell's record now sits at 1-20. As for Birchwood, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.

Looking ahead, Cornell will square off against Clayton at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Birchwood, they will take on Flambeau at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Birchwood's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches.
