Volleyball Game Preview: Maple Mountain Eagles vs. Bountiful Redhawks

The Maple Mountain Eagles will face off against the Bountiful Redhawks at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Maple Mountain comes in on six and Bountiful on nine.

Maple Mountain is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Spanish Fork.

Meanwhile, Bountiful faced Viewmont in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Redhawks had just enough and edged out the Vikings 3-2.

Maple Mountain's victory bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Bountiful, their win bumped their record up to 27-3.

Maple Mountain got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in May of 2024 against Bountiful by a conclusive 3-0 score. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Redhawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
