Everything went their way against Mater Brickell Academy as iMater Charter made off with a 64-40 victory. Meanwhile, Key West's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their fourth straight loss. They fell just short of Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) by a score of 58-55. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss Key West has suffered yet this season.
Key West's loss came about despite a quality game from Tramane Scott, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Kameron Roberts was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
IMater Charter is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Key West, they bumped their record down to 6-8 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
